Sharp SC-1250

This Sharp "System 5000" is a smooth, stylish stereo system consisting of the SC-1250 center unit and the CP-1250 speakers. It was introduced in Sharp's 1980/81 catalog, and was available in 2 colors, silver or bronze. It has a beautiful metal faceplate with big knobs and meters. It also has both Phono and Aux inputs. Altogether, the system measures 34 inches long and 12 inches tall, but it's only about 5 inches thick, so it's thin enough to be used on your desk. It's not portable, because there's no battery compartment. The speakers have 4-inch woofers and 2-inch tweeters.
