This Marantz was a portable component system from Japan. It was available in either gold or dark gray. I believe it is identical to the Marantz X7.

The PH-52 is shown in the second pic below. Notice it has a digital tuner. The model in the first pic has an analog tuner, so it has a different model number (Marantz PH-32). Both models have identical amplifiers, tape deck, and speakers. The only difference is the tuner.
