Sansui CP-77W

The Sansui CP-77W/CP-77WL was a 3-piece boombox offered by Sansui during the late 1980's. It's a high-quality heavyweight, weighing approximately 21 lbs. It measures 670 x 260 x 196 mm. It's loaded with features, including a 9-band equalizer (60Hz, 125Hz, 250Hz, 500Hz, 1kHz, 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 16kHz). The speakers contain 12cm cone-type woofers and 5cm cone-type tweeters. According to the service manual (which can be purchased HERE(external link)), its power output is an FTC minimum of 15 watts per channel into 8 ohms, both channels driven, from 90 to 15,000 Hz with no more than 10% THD.
