The GF-818 ghettoblaster was introduced in the late 1970's by Sharp. It appears to be Japan's domestic equivalent of the GF-515 and GF-525. Available versions included the GF-818J, GF-818ST (silver), and GF-818SB (black). It cost 87,000 Yen. It measures 530 x 320 x 154 mm. It has 16cm speakers, APSS music search, and puts out 2x6 watts by the EIAJ/DC measuring standard.
