Introduced in 1987 for about £99, the RCS80 was Roberts' most advanced model. It featured a digital tuner with 8 station presets on FM, and 8 on MW/LW. It also had separate bass and treble controls. The teak wood was a nice touch of class. It measures 12" x 7" x 3.6" and takes 6 C-cell batteries. Output is 1.5 watts on battery power, or 4 watts on mains.
