Panasonic RX-CS780

The RX-CS780 was one of the Platinum Collection from Panasonic. It is a 3-piece boombox that measures 610mm long, 255mm high, and 202mm deep. It has 12cm woofers with 2.7Ω impedance, and 8cm tweeters with 8Ω impedance. It has a bi-amp system, a 5-band graphic equalizer, and adjustable S-XBS (Super Extra Bass System). According to the service manual, it puts out 22 watts RMS max. But the sales brochure says 30 watts, so who knows? The tape deck has a frequency range of 50 to 14,000Hz when using normal tape, and 50 to 15,000Hz when using chrome tape. Unlike some of the other Platinum Series models, it has an Aux Input, rated at 316 mV and 48.8 kΩ.
