There were many models named Party Center, but the 2000 was by far the best quality. It acheived the prestigous DIN 45-500 German audio quality rating. It was offered in 1984, and has a digital tuner and a logic deck. It weighs 21.6 lbs (9.8 kg) without batteries, and has 15 watts per channel RMS (or 25 watts per channel "music power").

The tuner is very high quality, with excellent selectivity and noise control. The tape deck is a very smooth, 3-motor design. Unfortunately most of these decks don't work anymore, because a gear inside breaks due to being made of soft plastic.
