This is a 3-piece ghettoblaster from 1979 with good bass, but it's not hifi quality

Hitachi TRK-9150

The TRK-9150 is a 3-piece ghettoblaster from Hitachi, introduced in 1979. It measures 21.25" wide, 12.25" tall, and 7.5" deep. Amplification is provided by two Toshiba TA7222P chips, and output is 2x7.5W RMS or 2x12.5W Music Power. The tape deck's frequency response is allegedly 40 to 14,000 Hz when using CrO2 tape, and has a wow and flutter rating of 0.09% WRMS.

The speakers are detachable, but you do not need to use speaker cables, because there are electrical contacts in the metal attachment points. They are loud and make good bass, but the mids and treble seem a bit muffled. If you want to replace the speakers, here is some information for you: The woofers are 3.2 ohms, 4.5 inches across the frame, 4-11/16" across the screw holes, 4 inch working cone, 2-15/16" wide magnet, and 1-13/16" deep (with room for 1/4" deeper). If your new speakers are more than 1/4" deeper than the originals, their magnets will need to be 1/2" narrower than the originals to enable them to clear the cable compartments. Make sure the fiber insulation is not blocking the bass ports!
