The RC-525 was a good-quality mono boombox built in 1978. In Japan the suggested retail price was 44,800 yen. It features a unidirectional "Zoom Shooter" microphone that can be swiveled 360 degrees. And in addition to the analog VU meter, there is a 5-LED peak indicator that helps you make quality recordings.
