The TA-10 is a very rare boombox that was sold by General Electric in the year 1985. The photos below were taken from a recent Ebay auction. It is the ONLY time I've ever seen this model on the web. It appears to have wood-walled speakers and a substantial power consumption rating (80 watts). Also, it is AC only. It does not accept batteries. You can also see that the CD player is a separate component that can be detached from the amp/tuner section.
Full retail price of this model was $600 in 1985. Some catalogs refer to it as the G.E. 3-7010 instead of TA-10.
